The Full Service involved in Home Sale Consultation
LKN Home Staging visits the property and is shown around by the owner. I then re-inspect the property, room by room and note down all the aspects that would benefit from being added, moved, changed, replaced, packed away or disposed of altogether. I then return to my office to prepare a detailed written report on what needs to be done and the priorities with the minimum of capital expenditure. A second visit is arranged for a day or two later to discuss the report with the owner. Then on the third visit which has been arranged at some mutually suitable time later, LKN Home Staging comes to monitor the progress.

LKN Home Staging re-inspects the property noting down all the aspects that have been agreed as LKN Home Staging responsibility. I will prepare detailed written reports on what needs to be done, what priority works and what is to be carried out and report given on an agreed basis with the client. Another visit arranged at some mutually suitable time later to monitor progress. Keeping the client informed of all progress throughout the project until fully complete.
Staging your home for Selling
LKN Home Staging will come and restyle your home in half a day to a day to gain the maximum impact. LKN Home Staging will stage 3 main rooms. Additional rooms can be staged for separate fees depending on each room. * This will be with the use of current accessories available within the property already. Any additional accessories will be supplied or purchased if necessary.* LKN Home Staging will de-clutter the property where they find it necessary. Therefore creating a look of minimalization within the 3 main rooms
Move Management
LKN Home Staging can organize all areas of your move from…..
Arranging removal firms, all Change of address notifications, Packing, then unpacking at the other end plus, all the other requirements involved in a move or you feel you may need help with.
Personal Shopping Service
Why not have a Professional Consultant to accompany you on those shopping trips for new furnishings, accessories. Even better, let them do it for you why spend your valuable time when you can ask someone to do it for you* Saving you time, money and hassle too.
Personal Cleaning Service
LKN Home Staging can arrange a Basic Professional Clean which will include vacuuming or sweeping, dusting, mopping. This will be done just before photos are taken for the selling agent or before an Open House if one has been arranged. Price depends on how many rooms and much work is required.
* Why not get someone else to help do those jobs you hate, such as those extra cleaning jobs like clearing out cupboards, garages, cookers, and pools . This can all be arranged at the time of booking.*
